Thirteen young women from NTCI were selected to participate in the Women in Capital Markets Job Shadow Day today, hosted by Scotiabank. This was an opportunity for these grade twelve students to learn about careers in finance, meet professionals in the industry, and tour offices at participating firms. A special thank you to Chantelle Soares from WCM for organizing this exceptional day and for inviting our NTCI students.
