Calling all student artists ready to show off their creativity and NT pride!
The new cover of the NT Foundation Alumni Magazine will be chosen through a student design competition. The winning artist will receive $250 and have their work featured on a publication seen by graduates, families, and the wider NT community.
This cover should feel like NT: spirited, vibrant, and celebrating NT’s proud tradition of athletes, artists, and musicians. Artists are encouraged to create a digital illustration of something that captures our community’s energy. Think school traditions, special events, or a more symbolic representation of NT life. The final image should resonate with alumni who carry their NT memories with them long after graduation.
Design Guidelines:
The illustration must be created digitally and submitted as a JPEG or PDF (no photos of physical artwork). The artwork area should be 8.5 x 11 inches, with the main illustration centered and approximately 2 inches of space left at the top for the magazine title banner. The banner area may include color, but key visual elements should stay clear of that space.
Submission Package Must Include:
• A 100-word artist statement explaining the concept, how it reflects NT spirit, and how the piece was created
• A 50-word artist bio
• A photo of the artist
