This month, our civics students had a fantastic day exploring democracy firsthand at the Ontario legislature. It was inspiring to engage in the democratic process by observing question period in the house. After a tour of the building, and participating in interactive activities, we all gained a deeper understanding of our civic rights and responsibilities.
