The PLAR process is one in which prior learning is recognized and Ontario Ministry credits are awarded by the TDSB at the end of a lengthy application and interview process.
Please note that PLAR is not a test of aptitude in an untried discipline, but rather one of recognizing completion of a credit outside of the TDSB, but which may not have been officially documented within the Ontario Ministry credit granting process.

A PLAR Webinar for families will be held on Wednesday, January 15th from 7:00-8:30pm. After a short presentation from Guidance, the Subject Co-ordinators will run breakout groups to answer any questions about the process.

Complete packages are due by February 27th at 4:00 p.m. to Mr. Taylor in the NTCI Guidance Office.
